"Senior Life Exercises"

Bench Step Aerobics - Friday

Exercises specially designed for seniors aged 55 and over with certified instructor Deb Sexton with Senior Life Network. sponsored by the Northwest Oklahoma Osteopathic Foundation and Integris out of the house, or those who would just like to be able to exercise at home on occasion, are invited to tune in for the one-hour sessions.

Watch for the "Phrase of the Month." Mail it to PEGASYS and you'll be entered in a drawing for a $25 gift certificate to Oakwood Mall!
Drawings are held the last day of each month.

Community Talk

Enid's Forum For Current Events

Community Talk is a free-form talk show designed to allow individuals and organizations with a non-commercial message to reach a wide audience at no cost, and with a minimal investment of time.

The show tapes every Wednesday from 3–5pm, with a 15-min segment taped each half hour, and airs that night and each day through the following Tuesday.

Thursday - 6:00pm
Friday - 11:00pm
Saturday - 3:00pm
Sunday - 9:30pm
Monday - 4:00pm
Tuesday - 8:00pm

 

Channel 12

Classic Arts Showcase

Classic Arts Showcase is a cable television program, broadcast on PEGASYS Channel 12, designed to bring the classic arts experience to the largest audience possible by providing video clips of the arts in hopes that we may tempt you, the viewer, to go out and feast from the buffet of arts available in Enid.

The spectrum of classic arts disciplines aired on Classic Arts Showcase includes video samplings of animation, architectural art, ballet, chamber and choral music, dance, folk art, museum art, musical theater, opera, orchestral, recital, solo instrumental, solo vocal, and theatrical performances, as well as classic film and archival documentaries.

"America's Legacy of Freedom" Five-part lecture series celebrating our nation's resiliency -- its most difficult times and its greatest triumphs. These five lectures were tremendously successful, with full houses each night. Topics are "The Declaration of Independence," "Our Constitution," "America: An Empire of Liberty," "Abraham Lincoln: Leadership in a Time of Crisis," and "America's Legacy of Freedom: Can we keep it?" $40 for 5-DVD set

"The Legacy of Winston Churchill" $10 for DVD
