Monday and Tuesday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Evenings by appointment only
Wednesday through Friday - 8:00am - 9:00pm
All other times are
by appointment only.
Please note that during weeknights where there is a staff production, we
close our doors at 5:00pm.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors
is comprised of representatives from a variety of local organizations, plus
three members elected by PEGASYS members, who come together to determine
policy governing the use of PEGASYS. The Board meets at noon on the last
Tuesday of each month in the Cherokee Strip Conference Center. Input from
the public is welcome!

Board members are asked
to attend the regular monthly board meeting on the last Tuesday of each
month and any special board meetings necessary.
Also, each Board Member
is asked to serve on a minimum of one standing
committee. If necessary and
at the discretion of the Board Chairperson, a Board Member may be asked to
serve on a special committee. Most committees meet quarterly.
Finally, Board Members
are occasionally called upon to attend special events throughout the year.
These usually include Video Summer Camp, High School Media Day, and
VideoFest.
It is recommended that
all Board Members complete Board Orientation and Basic Video Training within
the members' first few months on the Board of Directors.

PEGASYS STAFF
The
PEGASYS studios are manned by a small staff of five full-time and three
part-time employees. These eight people are charged with informing the
public about PEGASYS, keeping the facility as up-to-date as possible,
facilitating its use by the community, recruiting and training volunteers,
and producing programming beneficial to the citizens of Enid.
